COVID-19 Restrictions update
WE ARE OPEN & SUPPORTING THE TRANSPORT INDUSTRY
We are continuing to sell and service trucks, sell parts and accessories, and offer you our continued support, whilst ensuring our team continues to comply with the current COVID-19 Restrictions, and most importantly, ensure the safety and wellbeing of both our customers and employees.
Our departments will be offering contactless services during this time - please read more about them below or contact our team on 03 9931 6500 and follow the prompts.
We ask that if you are visiting our dealerships, please continue to scan in via the QR codes located at various entrances and please wear a face mask.
For your information, our staff have been requested not to come to work if they believe they are sick. Likewise, we ask that if you feel unwell, please do not visit our dealership. If your issue is urgent, we are happy to find alternative means of meeting your needs.
SALES
Our sales team are still contactable and available to assist you regarding our new, built to go and used trucks. We are more than happy to speak to you via email, over the phone and Facetime.
During this time we ask that you please do not visit the dealership and contact your sales person via phone or email for further information.

SERVICING
During the restrictions we will still be able to service vehicles, offer our breakdown service, vehicle repairs and maintenance.
These are available by appointment only and bookings can be made via the button below or by calling 03 9931 6570
Please note that our driver's lounge has been closed and you are unable to remain on site whilst your vehicle is being serviced.
We will not be accepting cash payments - please pay via credit card, your account, or EFT by prior arrangement.
Opening hours:
Monday to Friday 8.00am - 10.30pm
Saturday's: 8.00am - 1.00pm
PARTS & ACCESSORIES
Whilst we are unable to offer face to face parts sales, we can still provide the following services Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm:
- Phone, email and online sales
- Contactless delivery and collection - 'Click & Collect'
- Emergency parts sales.
You will be able to purchase parts through either an account, credit card or EFT. No cash will be accepted at this time.

ADMIN & ENQUIRIES
If you do have any queries or questions, we will have staff on site to assist you. Please ensure that you call 03 9931 6500 before arriving at the dealership and your call will be directed to the relevant department for assistance.

Please ensure your face mask is fitted appropriately at all times.
Please use hand sanitisers which can be located at our service reception area.
Our team will be complying with strict social distancing and personal hygiene rules at all times. We request that you please do the same.
